Refund policy
Right of Withdrawal
(1) If you are a consumer (meaning a natural person who places an order for a purpose that cannot be attributed to your commercial or independent professional activity), you are entitled to a right of withdrawal in accordance with the legal provisions.
(2) If you, as a consumer, exercise your right of withdrawal under clause 1, you shall bear the regular costs of the return shipment.
(3) Otherwise, the regulations governing the right of withdrawal are set forth in detail in the following withdrawal policy:
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.

by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post, fax, or email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, but it is not required. If you make use of this option, we will immediately send you a confirmation of receipt of such withdrawal (e.g., by email).
To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the
exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you for all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day we receive notice of your withdrawal from this contract. We will use the same means of payment for this refund as you used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in no case will you be charged fees for this refund. We may refuse the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day you inform us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period.
You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You are only responsible for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for the examination of their nature, properties, and functionality.

(4) The right of withdrawal does not apply to distance contracts (a) for the delivery of goods that are made to customer specifications or are clearly tailored to personal needs or that, due to their nature, are not suitable for return or can spoil quickly or whose expiration date would be exceeded, (b) for the delivery of audio or video recordings or of software, provided that you have unsealed the delivered data carriers.
